1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Handy Bro Construction Calculator (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is provided by HandyBro and is available on iOS and Android.

2. Description of the App

Handy Bro Construction Calculator is a construction calculator for contractors and tradespeople. It lets you:

• Do feet-inch-fraction math and convert imperial and metric measurements
• Use eight calculators: Advanced Cal, Master 5, Electrical, Pipe & Plumbing, Concrete & Masonry, HVAC / Sheet Metal, Excavation & Grading, and Material Estimator
• Save calculations in History on your device
• Set a default calculator in Tools

• The App works fully offline.
• The App does not require an account or login.
• The App has no paywall.

3. No Account

You do not create an account to use the App. You are responsible for the device you use and for any calculations you save on that device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of applicable laws
• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App except as allowed by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the App
• Use the App for any fraudulent purpose

5. Calculations Are Tools Only

The App provides calculation tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Results are for convenience and must be checked by a qualified professional before you rely on them in the field
• You are responsible for verifying measurements, materials, codes, and jobsite conditions
• HandyBro is not liable for inaccurate results or for work performed using those results

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by HandyBro and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Calculations and history you save on your device remain yours.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics. Your use of analytics is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of calculations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANDYBRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on calculations produced by the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HandyBro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
