• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

By creating an account with HandyBro, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, including but not limited to:

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us at contact@handybro.app. Transactional communications necessary for the operation of your account cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

6. AI-Generated Content

HandyBro uses artificial intelligence to generate cost estimates and suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Estimates are suggestions only: AI-generated estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate and should be reviewed by qualified professionals
• Professional judgment required: You are responsible for verifying all estimates before presenting them to clients
• No liability for AI errors: We are not liable for inaccurate estimates or any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
• Local regulations: You are responsible for ensuring estimates comply with local building codes, regulations, and licensing requirements

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by HandyBro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (project data, proposals, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our services.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the App Store.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where you made the purchase (Apple App Store). We do not provide direct refunds for subscription fees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated estimates
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANDYBRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated estimates
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HandyBro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
