Delete your HandyBro account

You can request that we delete your HandyBro account and the associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

The fastest way is to delete your account directly from inside HandyBro. The deletion is processed immediately.

  1. Open HandyBro and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap your profile to open the profile detail screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Advanced to expand the section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Type DELETE in the confirmation sheet, then tap Delete to confirm.

Once confirmed, your account and all the data listed below are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — Email us

If you no longer have access to the app (for example, you uninstalled it or lost access to your sign-in provider), email us from the address associated with your HandyBro account and we will process the deletion for you.

We will respond and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your user profile (name, phone, email, ZIP code, photo)
  • All projects you own
  • All estimations, including AI-generated tasks and questions
  • All proposals and customer responses
  • All invoices
  • All clients you added
  • Companies you own (including logo and branding)
  • All photos, blueprints, PDFs, and 3D room scans you uploaded to Firebase Storage
  • Your Firebase Authentication account (Google, Apple, or email sign-in)

What is retained

We may retain the following after your account is deleted:

  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
  • Billing, tax, and payment records that we are legally required to retain (handled by our payment processors Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google under their own retention policies)
  • Records we are required to retain by law, regulation, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

Timeline

  • In-app deletion: processed immediately when you confirm in the app.
  • Email request: processed within 30 days of receipt.
